We're using a slightly lighter style of cooking than we used to. Our chef is using marinades rather than heavy sauces, we source high quality produce and cook seasonal food and we are genuinely very proud of what comes out of the kitchen.
Sunday is a big day at The Ebury. We do our usual Sunday roasts and signature Ebury bloody mary's with rosemary, then from 2pm-6pm we have some DJs play Sunday tunes. It's a fun Sunday afternoon.
